Stay safe and sustainable!

Being small and a family-owned property, our number one priority has always been and remains the well-being, health and safety of our guest and team members. In order to secure just that, we have set-up procedures, plans and routines in place, so that everyone can feel safe when staying in our hotel.

More specifically:

RECEPTION/ CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
  • Check out time will be at 11am and check in will be at 3pm in order to have additional time for the thorough cleaning of the rooms.
  • Our Reception staff will be glad to provide you with all necessary information and/or concierge services, prior to your arrival or even during your stay at the hotel.

ROOMS
  • Every additional not basic equipment like magazines, laundry bags, bathrobes, decoration pillows & covers will be removed.
  • All rooms at Nikolas hotel offer private terraces or balconies. All of them are accessed via outdoor corridors. Guests do not have to use any elevators or indoor areas in order to reach their Room/Reception/Bar of the Hotel
  • Increased cleaning & hygiene protocols are in place, adjusted to health authorities instructions
OUR PEOPLE
  • Every staff member is using personal protection equipment (PPE) and has received expert training on our rigorous cleaning regime giving extra attention on hygiene measures and the latest information on coronavirus.

HOUSEKEEPING & LAUNDRY
  • We enforce a detailed and rigorous cleaning to each room and common areas with thorough sanitization using ecofriendly detergents and cleaning products. For your safety, room service every other day upon appointment and request at the reception.
  • Guests are not allowed to be inside the room while the housekeeper is inside. Laundry is done in the hotel to avoid unnecessary contact with others outside the hotel.

GUEST CARE
  • Hand sanitizer is available in common areas and infrared thermometers are available at the reception to conduct temperature checks of the guests and employees upon request.
  • The guest must follow and respect the property's health care policy, follow all personal protection measures while being in shared spaces of the hotel but also while not being on the grounds of Nikolas Hotel & Spa. The property maintains every right to cease any guests' stay, should it be discovered that the guest does not abide by the following rules.
FOOD & BEVERAGES
  • For our delicious home-made served breakfast please fill the form the night before and deliver it to the reception. At your designated time please collect it from the breakfast room. Hands disinfection upon entry will be mandatory.

POOLS
  • The frequency of cleaning and disinfection of our pool & spa areas will be increased and disinfectant products suitable for the current situation will be used for the water.
  • Mandatory shower before and after entering the pool.

SPA & GYM
  • Our spa and gym are available to our guests upon appointment.
  • TRANSFERS
  • Private Transfer Service provided [additional cost] directly to the Hotel (Mandatory use of a non-surgical masks by passengers)
 Hotel Logbook
  • For public health protection actions, Nikolas Hotel & Spa will keep an updated log of all staff members and all guests that have stayed in the hotel - name, nationality, arrival and departure dates, contact information (address, phone number, e-mail) - in order to reach out to close contacts of any COVID-19 case, that might be later discovered.
  • Attention will be given to the General Data Protection Regulation and that all guests will be informed about the hotel log book for public health protection purposes.
